We are committed to delivering your artwork safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, package, and deliver orders placed through our website.
1. Shipping Locations
1.1 We currently ship within the United States only.
1.2 We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Times
2.1 Fine Art Prints (POD): Each print is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
2.2 Original Artworks: Originals are shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.
2.3 Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
3.1 Estimated delivery within the U.S. is 3–7 business days after shipment.
3.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather.
4. Shipping Methods & Carriers
4.1 We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx for secure delivery.
4.2 A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
5. Packaging
5.1 Prints: Packaged in protective flat mailers or shipping tubes to prevent bending or damage.
5.2 Originals: Carefully wrapped and shipped in sturdy boxes, with full insurance and tracking.
6. Shipping Costs
6.1 Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order’s size, weight, and destination.
6.2 Any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
7.1 We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
7.2 If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
8. Order Changes
8.1 Changes to your shipping address must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
8.2 Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to the address.
