2.3 We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify offerings at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
3.2 We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
3.3 Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through accepted payment methods.
3.4 By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We currently ship within the United States only.
4.2 Processing times:

Original artworks: Shipped within 3–5 business days.
Fine art prints: Production time of 2–5 business days before shipment.
4.3 Delivery estimates are 3–7 business days after shipment but are not guaranteed.
4.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
5.2 If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
5.3 We reserve the right to replace or refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All artwork, designs, images, and written content on our website are the exclusive property of Daliana Leon Art and are protected under copyright laws.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our work for commercial purposes without written permission.
