At Daliana Leon Art, each order is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. This policy explains our processing times, delivery options, and shipping terms.
1. Shipping Locations
1.1 We currently ship within the United States only.
1.2 We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Times
2.1 Original Artworks – Shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase.
2.2 Fine Art Prints (POD) – Each print is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
2.3 Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
3.1 Estimated delivery within the U.S. is 3–7 business days after shipment.
3.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Carriers & Methods
4.1 We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
4.2 A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
5. Packaging
5.1 Prints – Packaged in protective flat mailers or sturdy shipping tubes to prevent bending or damage.
5.2 Originals – Carefully wrapped with protective materials and shipped in reinforced boxes, fully insured, and with tracking.
6. Shipping Costs
6.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
6.2 Any applicable taxes will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
7.1 If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
7.2 We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please contact the carrier directly in such cases.
8. Order Changes
8.1 If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
8.2 Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.
